AI-Generated Content and Voice Cloning Policy

1. AI-Generated Music, Lyrics, and Cover Art

Cadence uses artificial intelligence systems to generate music, lyrics, and cover art. Silver Owl Studios LLC does not guarantee that an output is original, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular use. Review and clear outputs before publication or commercial use.

2. Voice Cloning Strict Requirements

Voice features are limited to eligible Studio accounts where the feature is enabled. The following requirements apply whenever a voice profile is created or used.

• • You will only clone your own voice or the voice of another person from whom you have obtained prior, explicit, written, revocable consent.
• • You will complete the full in-app consent and self-attestation process for every voice profile before generation occurs.
• • You will not use voice cloning to impersonate, defraud, or create misleading content.
• • You will not clone the voice of any celebrity, public figure, or third party without documented consent.
• • Access may be suspended or terminated when these rules are violated, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
• • Violation of these rules may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

3. Commercial Use of AI Content

Commercial permissions, where included with a paid plan, are governed by the Terms of Service and do not replace third-party rights clearance.

4. No Warranty of Non-Infringement

Silver Owl Studios LLC does not warrant that AI-generated content will not infringe third-party rights. Perform appropriate clearance before a commercial release.
