If you believe that content available on Cadence infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA contact at info@cadencestudios.io. The notice should include the following information.

• • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, such as a public share URL.
• • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
• • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA contact containing the required statutory elements.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Silver Owl Studios LLC may suspend or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances under applicable law and the Terms of Service.

4. User-Generated Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded reference audio, prompts, lyrics, or generated tracks they share publicly do not infringe third-party rights. Cadence provides tools for creation but does not pre-screen all public shares for copyright compliance.

5. Voice and Likeness

Claims involving voice cloning or right of publicity should be directed to info@cadencestudios.io and will be handled under our AI and Voice Cloning Policy in addition to any DMCA process.
