1. Information We Collect

  • • Account information such as email, name, and OAuth data through Supabase Auth.
  • • Generated tracks, lyrics, cover art, prompts, and related project metadata.
  • • Voice profile data and voice samples for Studio-tier voice features where enabled.
  • • Payment information processed by Stripe. Cadence does not store full card details.
  • • Usage data, API keys, credit balances, and basic device or request metadata.
  • • Uploaded reference audio and other files you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • • To provide and improve the Cadence service.
  • • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • • To enforce our Terms, including voice cloning consent verification.
  • • To provide customer support, fraud prevention, security, and abuse monitoring.

3. Third-Party Services

Cadence uses service providers to operate the service. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Stripe for payments and subscriptions; self-hosted Nucleus for lyrics; a self-hosted SDXL service for cover art, with xAI available only as an operator-controlled rollback; and Vercel for hosting.

4. Voice Data

Voice samples are high-sensitivity data. Cadence is designed to keep voice assets owner-scoped. Service providers may process them only as needed to operate an enabled voice feature or comply with law. You must have rights to every voice you submit.

5. Data Retention

  • • Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
  • • Deletion requests may be subject to backup cycles, fraud prevention, accounting, and other legal requirements.
  • • Stripe controls retention of payment data it processes under its own policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or port your data. Contact info@cadencestudios.io to make a request.

7. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children's Privacy

Cadence is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

Updates will be posted on this page. Material changes may also be announced by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
