Cadence Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cadence at cadencestudios.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cadence is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to generate music, lyrics, cover art, and related content using artificial intelligence models. The service includes free and paid subscription tiers with different credit allowances and commercial use rights.

The service is operated by Silver Owl Studios LLC. Cadence is the product name used for the service.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • One account per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Subscription Tiers and Commercial Rights

Free Tier is for non-commercial use only, may include watermarked output, and is limited to the free-tier generation limits shown in the app.

Creator Tier is a paid plan intended for commercial use of generated tracks, subject to these Terms, with higher generation limits and no Cadence watermark.

Studio Tier includes enhanced commercial rights and access to advanced features such as voice cloning, where available.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Silver Owl Studios LLC grants the commercial permissions described for the applicable plan. Those permissions do not include rights to underlying models, training data, or third-party material.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Music, lyrics, and cover art generated through Cadence use artificial intelligence. Silver Owl Studios LLC does not warrant originality, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

6. Voice Cloning and Publicity Rights

• • Voice cloning is available only on Studio tier where enabled.
• • You may only create voice profiles of your own voice or voices for which you have explicit, written, revocable consent from the rights holder.
• • You must complete the in-app self-attestation and consent workflow for every voice profile before any voice cloning occurs.
• • Consent records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• • Cloning celebrity voices, third-party voices without consent, or any voice for deceptive, harmful, or illegal purposes is prohibited.
• • Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7. User Content and Uploads

You are solely responsible for any audio, lyrics, prompts, or reference material you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such material and that it does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

• • Generating or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
• • Creating deepfakes or misleading content without clear disclosure.
• • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• • Using Cadence to impersonate, defraud, or mislead another person.

9. Termination

Silver Owl Studios LLC may suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law. The effect on content permissions is governed by these Terms and any non-waivable legal rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Owl Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
